Overview

Tonya Goff opened the first Uncle Funky’s Daughter in 2003. The name originated from Tonya Goff’s father, a creative spirit who loved 1970s music and style, earning the name Uncle Funky. In 2014, Renee Morris, acquired the brand, and is the President of the company. The Houston salon manufactures eco-friendly products for kinky, wavy, and curly hair.
